Celebrating Nkenchor Paul’s Research Contribution to Neurodevelopment and Mental Health at NISPET-Ibadan 2026
We proudly celebrate Nkenchor Paul for his outstanding presentation at the 4th NISPET-Ibadan 2026 Scientific Conference and Annual General Meeting, held from 22nd – 26th September, 2026 at the Otunba Subomi Balogun Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
The conference, themed “Pharmacology Beyond Boundaries: Innovation and Translational Science for Sustainable Health,” convened leading researchers to share innovations shaping the future of pharmacology.
Paul distinguished himself with his presentation titled: “Adolescent Chrysin Administration: A Promising Strategy for Mitigating Maternal Immune Activation Following Chronic Stress-Induced Neurodevelopmental Social Recognition Deficit in Adulthood”
His work, which aligns with the conference sub-theme on Neuropharmacology and Mental Health, offers valuable insights into how adolescent intervention with natural compounds can protect against social deficits linked to early-life immune activation and stress, underscoring both scientific depth and translational relevance.
We commend his dedication, hard work, and contribution to research excellence.
Congratulations on this remarkable achievement, Paul!
